Privacy Policy / Notice — Free AI Capability Assessment

This Privacy Notice applies when you create an account, complete the free AI Capability Assessment, receive an AI Capability Transcript or use related authenticated features provided by MSI Consulting Group (operating the OutloopAI brand).

It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the assessment instructions shown at the time of use.

• Identity and account data: name, email, mobile number, login credentials or authentication identifiers and account status.

Profile/context data used for assessment routing, such as experience band, role/function, education or stated career/work goal where collected.

Assessment data: item responses, answer selections, response timing and the resulting dimension scores, overall AI Capability Index, readiness band, strengths, development priorities and transcript outputs.

Assessment integrity and technical data: session identifiers, timestamps, device/browser information, connectivity/error logs and other event data needed for security, troubleshooting and integrity review.

Support communications and other information you voluntarily provide.

• To provide the AI Capability Assessment and calculate the participant result.
• To generate and deliver the AI Capability Transcript and related progression recommendations.
• To route participants toward relevant P1 or P2 pathways using declared experience, role/goal context and assessment evidence.
• To operate, secure and improve the assessment service and detect technical or integrity issues.
• To support research, analytics and product improvement using appropriate safeguards and, where appropriate, de-identified or aggregated information.

Assessment answers are processed using configured scoring rules. The assessment may generate a capability score and related indicators. These outputs are operational assessment results; they do not by themselves establish mastery, professional competence, employability or job performance.

The system may use automated processing to calculate scores, identify strengths and priorities and select approved result narratives. Internal scoring and routing logic should not be used to create unsupported claims.

Where the general diagnostic permits AI use, the assessment may process information associated with the user’s responses and session. Competition qualification may be administered under more controlled conditions. The exact rules shown to the participant at the time of the assessment govern permitted AI use.

We may use processors and service providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, assessment delivery, security, support and report generation. Access should be limited to the data required for their function and governed by appropriate contractual and security controls.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate security, fraud or integrity issues.

Assessment records, transcript results, account information and integrity logs may need to be retained for service delivery, auditability, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legitimate business purposes. Before launch, OutloopAI should configure a documented retention schedule specifying the retention period or criteria for each category.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent, subject to applicable law and the consequences described at the point of collection. You may also request access to, correction of or erasure of applicable personal information and raise a grievance through the published contact route.

A request to delete an account or assessment data may affect access to the assessment, transcript or competition journey. We may retain information where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other lawful purposes.

The Free AI Capability Assessment should be offered only to users who meet the applicable age requirements. If the product is made available to children, additional legal and parental-consent requirements must be implemented before launch.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect account, assessment and result data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
