TERMS OF SERVICE — Free AI Capability Assessment

The Free AI Capability Assessment is a diagnostic and progression service that provides an AI Capability Index, readiness band, capability profile and related guidance based on the approved assessment and report rules. It is not a certification or employment guarantee.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OutloopAI Free AI Capability Assessment. “OutloopAI”, “we”, “us” or “our” means MSI Consulting Group, having its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. “You” or “user” means the individual or entity using the service.

By accessing the service, creating an account where required, or using the applicable service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies that form part of the service framework. Where the law or our process requires affirmative acceptance, continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent legally permitted.

You must provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably current.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

Eligibility depends on the service. You may use the service only if you are legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement and satisfy any age, geography or programme-specific conditions published at the point of entry.

For any age-restricted or minor participation rule, the published eligibility requirement controls.

Where a programme has country, residency, age or other eligibility requirements, those requirements will be disclosed before entry.

Use your own account and do not share credentials where account sharing is prohibited.

Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access or security incidents involving your account.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, the integrity of an assessment/competition, or compliance with law.

The OutloopAI name, trademarks, website/app interfaces, assessment and competition materials, question banks, scoring methodology, software, graphics and other platform content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except where law expressly permits it.

Where the service allows you to submit prompts, answers, project materials, work samples or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your original content to the extent you have rights in it. You grant OutloopAI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce and display User Content only as necessary to operate, assess, verify, secure and improve the relevant service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any specific competition rules.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload confidential, personal or third-party information unless you are authorised to do so.

We may remove or restrict content that violates law, these Terms, or the applicable rules.

Do not use the service to commit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing acts.

Do not attack, disrupt, probe, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted by law or written permission.

Do not upload malware, malicious code, harmful files or content that creates an unreasonable security risk.

Do not attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, eligibility, reviews or other outcomes.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable OutloopAI Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data collected, purposes, rights, retention, sharing and complaint mechanisms.

OutloopAI may use third-party hosting, identity, analytics, payment, communication, AI or other service providers. Your use of an external provider may also be governed by that provider’s terms. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or continued operation of third-party services.

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security measures, outages, third-party failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Any assessment score, competition result, profile, ranking, percentile or other output reflects the information and performance captured under the relevant rules at the applicable time. It does not by itself establish mastery, professional competence, employability, job performance, income, promotion, employer acceptance or any other guaranteed real-world outcome.

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through reasonable means. The updated effective date will be shown on the published version. Where renewed acceptance is legally or operationally required, we will request it before continued use of the affected service.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, rule enforcement, non-payment, serious misuse, legal compliance or protection of the service or other users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue, subject to urgency and applicable law.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that content, scores, recommendations or third-party information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutloopAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the service. Any financial limitation of liability should be finalised by counsel based on the applicable entity, service and consumer-law requirements; consumer statutory rights are not intended to be waived.

• To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the service, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights caused by your User Content or conduct.

Complaints, service issues and policy concerns may be raised through info@outloopai.com. We will provide a complaint or ticket reference where our process requires it and will handle grievances according to applicable law and the published grievance mechanism.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you. Courts/authorities at [CITY, STATE], India will have jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted. Final jurisdiction language should be reviewed by counsel for the contracting entity.

The assessment is governed by the approved assessment instructions and published assessment rules. The assessment may contain timed or controlled elements. The current assessment uses structured scored items across its approved AI capability dimensions and may permit AI assistance in the general diagnostic mode where stated in the assessment instructions.

Do not seek, share or publish live answer keys or restricted assessment content.

One attempt may apply for competition qualification or other controlled pathways as stated at the point of assessment; any retake policy is version-specific.

Platform integrity signals are treated as flags for review, not automatic proof of misconduct.

Scores, readiness bands and other outputs remain subject to the published/provisional methodology and future calibration.

The AI Capability Transcript is a personalised report generated from assessed results and approved rules. It may include an AI Capability Index, readiness band, 12-dimension profile, strengths, development priorities, an interpretation and a next step. Recommendations are guidance for progression and are not guarantees of career or workplace outcomes.

Where your assessment result and the applicable rules indicate that you may proceed to the National AI Challenge, the referral is a progression signal only. Competition participation remains subject to the separate Challenge Rules & Scoring, eligibility requirements, payment terms where applicable, and competition-stage verification.

We may limit, suspend or discontinue the free assessment, including to address abuse, security, capacity or product changes, subject to applicable law. No payment is due for the free assessment itself unless a separately identified paid service is selected.
